We use MailerLite to manage our email marketing subscriber list and send emails to our subscribers. MailerLite is a third-party provider, which may collect and process your data using industry-standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the end of each newsletter.

 

Tablestewards.com is hosted by Bluehost and uses WordPress as its content management system.

 

How long we retain your data

 

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained until the blog post is deleted or you request that we delete your comment. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments.

 

When you provide your name and email address to request a product that we are offering, we will ask whether you wish to receive regular communication via email.  In the case that you consent to further communication, we will retain your personal information (name and email address) until you opt out of regular email communication by unsubscribing via the relevant link in the email you receive from us.  In the case where you have not opted to receive any further email communication from us following the receipt of the product offer, we will delete your name and email address within a maximum of 6 months of providing the product to you, as part of our regular data purge.

 

For users that register on our website (where such functionality is enabled), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
